I will receive my first shipment of Herbalife today and am anxious to try it. I will keep updates to let you all know. A friend of mine has tried every diet out there, and only managed to gain more weight. She started Herbalife in April because her parents had such good luck with it. I saw her for the first time since then last week and nearly cried for her...she has lost 40 lbs and looks GREAT. She loves the health benefits as well. I think that you have to be serious about losing if you start ANY diet program. If you don't do the whole program, none of them will ever work. Here's hoping I look as good as she does in 3 months!! :)
